| Longtime rider of two-wheelers here, dating back to ‘78. First owned a ‘72 Yamaha DT250, then onto a ‘77 Honda 550K, long absence to an ‘03 Honda VFR800, to finally a ‘14 Yamaha FZ-07. Squeezed a tiny Yamaha 125 scooter in there, but that was like a toy.  Didn’t own any of the above more than just a few years. Some longish trips, but amassed only about 20,000 miles in total. No spills on pavement, but a few on dirtbikes. Ouch. Own a beautiful stock red ‘04 Silverwing with 4k miles. Bought it along with all the belongings for my new house last year. The previous homeowner moved out-of-state and included all his furnishings, too. Paid roughly $2k for the near perfect scooter - only a dead battery. His dealer performed all recent maintenance. Bike always garaged. Rides like new. Thanks for the group add. Lotsa good info here.  Fred
