Anyway to sort decending posts?

Within a thread is there a way to set the default preference to sort descending by date of post?

Please go to the "Silver Wing Topics" and see if this is what you are asking. I changed it so the most recent post is at the top. The only problem with that is the 1st post will be last, and that is usually what the topic is about. I will play with it more to see if I can make the initial post stay on top. But this doesn't change the order of each subect within the topic.

What then check the post times ... are they increasing or decreasing.

What I want is in decreasing order .... so the latest post is on top and the then follow down the thread for earlier posts.

Is this what you are talking about? This post will be at the top and the first post will be at the bottom. I think if we do it this way then the main poster will need to be a bit more specific in their Subject line.
