| Those tabs really are a waste of time, I broke one on my Silver Wing after the screen garnish/batwing had been off and on a number of times. I was going to mess about with adhesives, Velcro ec, then I thought I bet the vast majority of Silver Wngs out there have at least one broken tab.
It didn't make any difference at all when the garnish was back on, and the broken tab is inside on a ledge which the new owner could mend it if he had the patience. Or he may have broken at least another one in the meantime.
Happily my Forza doesn't have have them or need them, two screws at the top, two screws under the garnish vent and the screen garnish comes right off. No brackets or captured nuts to drill holes for to fit a Givi screen either. OE screen off, and new screen on in a couple of minutes. |

| I have never broken any of the tabs on my 08 SWing. They broke themselves... Not my fault. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. |
