So with another S'wing member and folk from 2 other forums had a little trundle out to the seaside (of Jamie Oliver fame) to clear the Xmas & New Year cob webs away.

Food & Banter order of the day, popped into a pedal cycle dealers and Honda bike dealership.

Got offered a straight swap on a Vespa 125cc Sprint. Year old with delivery mileage (Food for thought)

But did a supermarket shop on the way home and the S'wing shines through as the weapin of choice with neay a weeks groceries on board (but the vespa sure was preddy)

Ah, keep the scoot out on  the road.  Keep a stiff upper lip (the cold will help to keep it that way).

Very tempting Vespa swap, but agree about the SWing as a better, bigger animal.

Take care with the wet entering temps around freezing.

No worries about cold if you dress  the part
with clothes just tight enough to allow a fart.

I did my New Years ride  12/31 18. Temp just above 60^. Enjoyed that a lot
better tha the New Years Scuba dive when I was a LOT younger. 4 years I enjoyed things like that as FUN. BBBBRRRR. I have my scoot  ready for
spring rides.
Had my first rain ride  in Sept.  Didn'nt enjoy that at all.
Happy New year to all.
2019  ride already planned - just being patient.
