| I live in the Finger Lakes region of New York (May-Sep) and Sebring Florida (Oct-Apr) I have a 03 Silverwing with just over 48,000 miles on it. I have been a member here for over a year and was reminded to introduce myself (sure thought I had but "my bad" lol. I have been here lurking and soaking up soooooo much good info I forgot my manners. Sure glad to be here |

| Hello Easlingn. Thanks for your introduction. Welcome to the forum.
I have really enjoyed several rides in the Finger Lakes region. I especially enjoy the Glenn Curtiss Museum -- a real guy place.

I live about 4 miles from the museum and have been through it several times. It is getting rather cool for riding here now, about 44 degrees at noon today. brrrrrrr

| Welcome. Finger Lakes is a nice area. I've been there a few times races a Watkins Glen. Walked the waterfall nice. Ithaca is a nice collage town with an impressive waterfall just to the north. Had a beer or two at Sodus Point. Been a few years but I'll get back there again.
Colder weather has arrived here too.

| Yes, nice area up there. I once stayed at Buttermilk Falls State Park and rode my bicycle around the area--Cornell University, Cayuga Lake. Wineries everywhere. How do you stay sober? I rode past a "cidery" up there where every bottle sold was any variety of hard cider. Was tempted to buy a bottle or two, but feared not making it back to the campground before riding into the lake. |
