| nothing at all, it's been 3+ weeks since the last ride so it felt pretty darn good and the temperatures were purrrrrrrrrrfect. |

| I know that the older I get the colder weather takes its toll. I used to be able to ride without any problems when it was in the 40's but now it's got to be warmer than that for any kind of longer ride. Short rides at 50 aren't too bad yet. |

| cooler even cold to the 40's is better for me than the 80's and 90's. I do the cooler temps by slowing down. |
