| 100 + miles on Friday, 70 today saw a lot of animals but the saddest was coming upon the accident. A rider took a dresser HD straight in a mild left corner he was sitting up as I slowed and his friends were already to him. I stopped but one of his friends gave me the thumbs up. By the time I rode another mile or so the Squad and then a fire truck and state patrol were well on the way. I didn't notice any loose gravel in or at the turn so I'm not sure why it happened. |

| There was a Harley rider killed in this area last week. He apparently got into the gravel on the shoulder of a curve, went off the road and hit a tree. I haven't heard whether it was due to excess speed or what they think caused the accident.

| Accidents are never good reminds us of what could happen. I've came across 2 and its never good.
First one Harley and passenger head on with a car. He was dead medics were working with her don't know the outcome. Second a lady hit guardrail and flew over into a ditch. She was just coming to and in a lot of pain. I could see her left leg was broken below the knee. We just tried to calm her until helped arrived.
Stay safe out there.
