| Group, I took a first ride on my Silver Wing through the canyon this last weekend. Great fun! I am still adjusting to the floorboards and having my feet forward, but the scooter handles well and has plenty of ground clearance. I actually bought the Silver Wing to commute and for errands around town, but I thought a ride that was a little more challenging would help me adjust to the riding position. I am happy with the stock windshield and the power of the machine. Thanks again for all the postings old and new that have helped me understand the Silver Wing.

| Tim,
You should take your SWing up into the mountains. I does a great job and is very comfortable. I have made a few rides up there from the bay area. I wish I was closer to the mountains like you are. Glad you like the SWing. |

| I may try the mountains this spring. I try to make a run through Hwy 4 to Hwy 89 to Hwy 108 the first weekend they open. Kind of chilly but the scenery is spectacular. I bet you have some great coastal rides out your way also.
