Another hello from The Netherlands (Arnhem)

Hello Silverwing-community, just a short hello from the city of Arnhem.
Just bought a 2012 SW-T400 with just 15.000 km. Formerly I owned some (classic) motorcycles but now a sort of re-entry on a "big scoot". Why? Since 2 years I drive a car with automatic shifting which I like very much. So why not on a motorcycle? I was looking for a Honda NC DCT but they are much too expensive. After some testing on different scooters I found this well-maintained white SW-T400 for a real bargain price. And it surprised me! Quick, comfortable, well-balanced etc. Looking forward for many "miles" (as a tourist that is, not using it as a commuterbike)

I am quite sure that you'll find your Silverwing well suited to touring.

Welcome to the forum. I have yet to see a SW-T400 in the flesh though I understand the design is the same.

Not long back completed a forum ride out to Arnhem as part of our "battlefields tour"

I met a chap in Belgium some years ago who had changed his 'old' 600 for a new 400 and reckoned it was even better!
