At 38cm that Stunt bag appears to be too long to fit as a tunnel bag. The tunnel gap between the seat front and the front body is approximately 30cm and the height of that area is also approximately 30cm.

The traditional mount locations for tunnel bags used on Silverwings is a loop around the seat hinge and another loop at the front of the bag to attach to snap fitted to the square body plug below the iginition key. While other tunnel bags have relied on velcro patches attached to the tunnel to secure the bag. However heat from the engine softens the adhesive and the velcro patches loosen and slide off.

Hi quality velcro sticks on tunnel----been on mine for over 2 years for sticking GIVI tunnel bag to tunnel.

It and hook/snap on front of bag act as safety/duplication. works fine for water bottles in bag and....dog likes to ride in bag sometimes. Tunnel bag eliminates the easy step thru. Moves some weight forward on scooter that is kinda rear weight biased. Easy bag removal each time you fuel.

I don't think that's entirely correct, it's more to do with attaching Velcro patches to the tunnel without thoroughly cleaning off all traces of Lemon Pledge, Armor All, or whatever plastic polish or conditioner was on there from new.

If you just give the tunnel a quick wipe over you'll find the adhesive backing on the Velcro pads doesn't adhere fully, and removing the tunnel bag to refuel or whatever pulls the pads off the tunnel. They stick to the male Velcro on the side flaps of the bag.

After cleaning the tunnel I stuck the OE female Velcro pads of my moto detail tunnel bag on the tunnel of my 650 Burgman just after I bought it, and they were very difficult to remove two years later. I then spent ages removing the adhesive residue left on the tunnel.

On the Silver Wing I just use 3 or 4 large Velcro disks either side of the tunnel, they work just as good.
