 fork install torques

I'm installing the front fork back onto the vehicle. Unable to locate torques for upper fork pinch bolts, axle bolt and axle pinch bolts. I've looked on internet and in here.

fork pinch bolts 51lbf*ft
axle bolt 43lbf*ft
axle pinch bolt 16lbf*ft
fork cap 17lbf*ft
caliper bolts 22lbf*ft
as per2002-2003 SW manual

Im too lazy. I can usually find what torques I need, but couldn't find this time.
