Emergency Battery Empty
PostSubject: Emergency Battery   Emergency Battery I_icon_minitimeSun Sep 11, 2016 4:04 pm

Hi Everyone.

I have a power pack designed for starting vehicles called the XP5

http://shop.antigravitybatteries.com/micro-start-xp-5/

This this is very small @ 5.25” x 3” x 0.5”, and only 7.5 oz.
It doesn't take up much storage space at all.

I recently went to my friends house as we were supposed to meet there to go on a ride together.
When I got there he said he can't go because his battery was dead, and his bike wouldn't start.

I got out my microstart, hooked it up to his bike, and it started right away.

Its a very small and handy gadget to have in an emergency.

Just sharing.

Dan

Dan.......There's lots of this type of jump starter on the market. Mostly all from the Far East. Some are of dubious quality but some are really good. I've just bought this one...... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Suaoki-12000mAh-Starter-Emergency-Flashlight/dp/B01HLV3I9A/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1473617376&sr=8-2&keywords=suaoki+t10  It's maybe not quite as small as yours but it has a bigger capacity and also comes in a nice case. I carry mine in the boot, sorry trunk, of the car and it also fits under the seat of my SWing. I figure that even if I don't need to use it for myself I might be able to help someone out one day.

I keep a Antigravity mini on my moto and a larger one in my car.  Have used it to start a couple cars with the one on my moto as well as the one in my car. Came in handy last summer when I left the ignition on when I ran into a store and had to jump my Silverwing.  Just started my Dad's car about a week ago when I stopped by on the moto to visit. Very small and handy as can be used to charge phones and other electrical items as well.  For $100-200 its good insurance and comes in handy to help others out as well.
