| I have been using a thick pair of leather work gloves. Well I recently ordered and receive Motoport/Cycleport Kevlar Gloves ( http://www.motoport.com/_product_35446/Kevlar_Racing_Glove ).
Here is an excerpt
Here is a very comfortable glove that is 10 times stronger than leather. It is far lighter, has higher tear/abrasion, stronger seams and more breathable than leather and is machine washable. It will never lose tear/abrasion strength even after washing numerous times in a machine. ... The entire glove breathes better than even perforated leather. Cycleport's blended Kevlar materials do not absorb heat like leather or nylon. The gloves stay much cooler than leather when exposed to sunlight.
I will test them this week. _________________ Bill - Georgetown TX 07 Silver Wing ABS Clearview w/vent, Givi E96/TB19/E52 with Admore Lighting, Alaskan Leather, Wrist Rests, 3M Solas tape, K&N air, Hyperpro spring, Grip Puppies, Airhawk, Utopia backrest, Stebel, Apexcone HIDs, StingerZ LEDs (w/Backoff WigWag), Knight Rider Sequential LED, NGK Iridium, Power Commander III, Manic Salamander, Saeng mirrors, Garmin Zumo 660, Dark-Side Sumitomo Tire |

| I'll be interested to hear what you think of them. I have a pair of nearly worn-out Joe Rocket gloves with some extra padding over the knuckles but I'm thinking of replacing them. New Enough has great stuff. Picked up a ballistic jacket (wanted one to cover my Gerbing liner) for $40 last year, brand new, got it in about 4 days. |
