| Just wondering... was on here for about 10 minutes tonite (approx 6:30pm) trying to get a post on about my air filter and when I hit the send button, I got flashed to another screen that said this site's domain time/name/whatever had expired. Now, I know I didn't imagine it. Does anyone know what happened?? I tried several times to get back on with no luck. Just now, at about 9:45pm, I came back in and the site is online again.
So... here we go again. |

I just went behind the scenes and it could be a couple of things:
1) There is "technical maintenance" being done by the group who owns this forum format
2) Maybe the domain name wasn't renewed. But I really doubt that is the case.

silverwing600.com is an alias for the true name silverwing600.forummotion.com.
silverwing600.com expired. I logged into the original owner account for the forum and saw the error message which never appeared on my account. I thought I setup to notify my account also ... I will investigate later.
After I clicked the button to restore the alias silverwing600.com. The current status is "Your domain name silverwing600.com renewal is in process." The silverwing600.com worked about 5-10 minutes later.
If there is any more interrupts, please let me know. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

| There are a few different things that must be paid:
1) account to keep off advertisements
2) account to keep enough storage for pics and attachments
3) account to keep the name
I know I forgot a couple of times with the advertisements just to come on the site and see those 'pesky' advertisments at the very top. I just never liked those and I'm not sure who reads them anyway.

You're not nuts. I ran into the same 'Domain Expired' screen when I tried to sign in last evening ~9:30 Eastern Time. I kinda wrote it off to some odd harmonic convergence of the Winter Solstice, Aurora Borealis activity and that nasty snow storm you all in the Great Plains are enduring.
But no, it just turns out that Uncle Billy was late with the rent.

| Hi Tim, And thanks for the backup  . As for the snow storm, we got lucky here in the Topeka (and south) area. Guess it all hit west and up north of us. I certainly wasn't disappointed about it. Yes !!! Y'all have a Merry Christmas !!! |
