| Thanks for the link, Jesse. It is a good article and I agree with the writer on many points, including the bike's need for a update on its appearance and his dislike of the underseat compartment's configuration. I must admit it is the first time I have seen a motorcycle magazine reviewer speak highly of a scooter having linked brakes. They usually hate them and write about how they wish the scoots had separated front and rear like their motorcycles do, so this article is a first from that perspective. |

| I thought it was a decent review and agree that the Swing could use an update. I don't think anyone should have to pay the asking price though. I purchased a brand new red 2009 Swing last June for only $6,499.00. The thing is now there are several other newer options available to people in the market for a large scooter, so if the dealers want to sell the old-style Swing bad enough they will negotiate. |
