I was able to get 40,000 miles from the Sumitomo.

From http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.dos
OEM 150/70R13 in inches:
Sidewall Height: 4.13
Section Width: 5.91
Overall Diameter: 21.27
Circumference: 66.81
Revs per mile: 948.3

Sumitomo 165/70R13 in inches:
Sidewall Height: 4.55
Section Width: 6.5
Overall Diameter: 22.09
Circumference: 69.41
Revs per mile: 912.81

Difference between OEM 150/70R13 and Sumitomo 165/70R13 in inches:
Sidewall Height: 0.42
Section Width: 0.59
Overall Diameter: 0.82
Circumference: 2.6
Revs per mile: -35.49 (-3.742% difference)

If your speedometer reads:65 You're going approximately: 67.53
