As mentioned in another thread, here are some photos of the LA observatory and some photos from there. Taken in my trips up there.
I went there yesterday too with my newly obtained Silverwing. Lovely ride and effortless climbing... I love this bike the more I ride it.

Thank you and yes, it surely is an amazing place. While not too far, it's far enough from the traffic and other car/trucks motion and it's quiet and still. But it's always kind of packed with people who many times come from other countries like Italy, France, Spain, China, Japan, India, etc.
Lot's of people but a friendly and happy lot. Definitely positive and inspiring.
It reminds me a bit of Sussex, I have been in England some years ago, in a small town in that area. Lovely place.

These remind me of Sussex!!!
It's where I collected the hounds from the breeder. Best car drive ever. Although after one of them just climbing across my laptop I may change my mind!!

Hey I love dogs, those are Terriers aren't they?
I bet it's a lovely drive, especially in the Fall, with all the tree leaves changing colors... literally a rainbow of them.

Not just Terriers, West Highland White Terriers or Westies as most folk call them. Big following of the breed in the States.
Those two above are numbers four and five. Just love them to bits. Loyal, great with kids, fun, energetic, playful - I think you get the picture. If I'm honest they are No. 1 and the Wing is No. 2 in my list of passions!
