Envelope through door Saturday.
Been caught speeding in the car. My fault no excuses.
36 mph in a 30 zone. Six in the morning, I knew the police wouldn't have woke up yet. Damn machines!!! Break down sometime - make a motorist happy!!!!!

It's just a backdoor (or in your case front door) way to generate more revenue. May be time for another tea party because we will never get any common sense from our exalted elected officials.

I've always wondered if they can prove you received the ticket in the mail. The post office isn't infallible, so without a signature, how do they know you got it? I know the US Post has lost some of my stuff (in both directions).
