 Who did I run into today?

I was riding my silverwing with my daughter to go meet my family for breakfast when someone rolled down their window at a stop light and asked if I was Smorkle. Told me they had an 09 silverwing and went with a clearview windshield.

Now I'm pretty antisocial in real life and don't know a lot of people, so someone recognizing me is quite the surprise to me.

So.... Who was that masked man?

From the Urban Dictionary: Smorkle
A device used to smoke marijuana out of.
Originally a snorkel mask and then converted into a bowl

Used in a sentence:
Man o man, this weekend is going to be great...were using the smorkle to go SMORKLING!

Yeah Yeah, I've seen that crap. I was Smorkle LONG before the dopers ever decided to hijack my nickname. Been using this on and off since the mid 90's. Originally it was a miscommunication by someone who.... well.... English was not their first language. Set up an account over the phone and they used Smorkle instead of Snorkel, which was what I requested. It was so original that I kept it. There are several instances of Smorkle online these days. There's even a smorkle.com that has some business software to sell. *I* am the original, I'm for sure.

Still I wonder who that guy was who recognized me today.
