I have created a worldwide Silverwing600 Google Map that anyone can add their edit and add their own map pointer.

Enter http://maps.google.com on your brower. Make sure you are logged into Google, on the upper right corner should be your Google userid that you are logged in with. If not (create then) login with your Google userid. Once you are logged in continue with instructions below.

Instructions:
Click link above
Click "Edit" button on top left pane near map
Then zoom in Google Map to your "approximate" location ( it does not have to be exact to protect your "privacy"
Then click the blue pushpin "Add a placemark" on top left of map
A window will pop-up if you would like people to be able to PM you based on the map fill in "Title" with your www.silverwing600.com userid.
Click "OK" button
Click "Save" button on top left pane near map

Please use BLUE pushpins for members
Please use YELLOW pushpins for members willing to rescue other members (if possible).

Daryl, I own a Silverado and straps/tie-downs for a Silverwing. I also have truck ramps but it would take a couple of guys to get a Silverwing into the bed as well.

I've opened up the map, but there is no edit button... It only says 'save to my maps'. Nothing else there but navigational tools. Either I'm doing something wrong, or the map is locked.

No... Where does it say you need to be? Do I have to create a google account to access this feature?

I have merged the two Silverwing600 Google maps into one map to avoid confusion.

If you want would like to volunteer to rescue Silverwing600 members, then please use a yellow pushpin,

Normal members should be using a blue pushpin.
