PostSubject: Anyone with a Coocase v36 and a big head?   Fri May 06, 2011 1:02 pm

My new Shoei Quest wont fit under the seat because its a XXL. Shoei helmets makes 5 shell sizes unlike many other mfg's that just put less padding in the xl helmets. I don't really need a topcase although I'm sure it will be very handy once I get one. The main purpose for me will be for helmet storage once I get to my destination. I commute to work and chase down the "honey do list" on my swing. I was hoping someone can verify a XL or XXL Shoei will fit in a Coocase V36. Thanks David

My Shoei ZR-1 XL fits under the seat (but only in the very front of the compartment with the helmet facing to the rear. billc.

I spent some time trying different positions but couldn't get it to fit. I will try your suggestion. Thanks

Wow, that sounds obscene!

Ok, the Shoei Quest in XXL does not fit under the seat even in the front facing back as Bill suggested. The helmet seems to be too wide to settle into the space. Im afraid the top case maybe my only option other than hanging it on the side. Still looking to verify if it will fit in the coocasev36
