| My wife loves her little 250 scooter and thinks my Silver Wing is too big for her to even try. She's terrified that she'll wreck it and I'll hate her forever. Of course I wouldn't, but that gives a little hint about how much I love it.
I've tried to get her to ride it because it's not really that much different from her scooter, just everything works a little bit better. It takes off a little quicker, the brakes work just a little better, stuff like that. Hers is a bit more nimble because it is just plain smaller and lighter, but the Wing makes up for it with strength.
I predict you're going to love it, based purely on the fact that everyone I've talked to who has ridden one loves it too, with one possible exception. And there's other evidence that there's something very very wrong with him.
P.S. The black finish is awesome, btw. |

| The silverwing isn't much different year to year in the USA, since 2007. That was only a cosmetic upgrade. We all love ours or we wouldn't be here. _________________ I ride on two wheels cause I feel very unsafe on one wheel.Dan in Miami. The king of custom! | I've had my 2008 for about 3 months and put almost 4k miles on it. It is very convenient, 52 - 54 mpg, cheap insurance. The Harley riders at work poke fun once in a while, but they still don't want to bet on the take off or top end. Congrats and enjoy the ride. |
