Nice looking bike, It reminds me of my first motorbike, a Simplex, It was well used when I got it. I traded a rod & Reel and a trot line for it in 1955.

There is a dealer in or near Williamsport, PA that has one. Bet theres not to many of them worldwide. It was at the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle show a few years back. I still have a picture of it somewhere. Dick

Looks remarkably like the R32 BMW. Of course, 1950 was when the Japanese industry was in copy mode rather than in invent mode.
