Hi All,

Can't believe I have only just found this site after 5 years on my Swing.
Thanks Jeff for the pictorials - Fitted my K&N Air filter today, wouldn't of had a clue otherwise. Will fitting a K&N oil filter make much difference to performance?

Excellent site - don't seem to have anything like this over here in the UK.

Dennis B, did your seat come as standard? If not, where did you get it and do they ship overseas?

Probably the first dedicated Swing site is in the UK http://silverwing.org/

The best feature of a K&N oil filter is the welded on nut to ease changing.

Hi jblions,

Welcome to the forum. The seat is a Corbin. You'll need to contact them to see about shipping over the pond.

Hello jb!

Check out the Calendar section for the Kent 8 Ride in April - I'll be there along with a friendly group of maxi-riders (mostly ex-X9ers)

jblions,

Welcome to the forum and am glad that the air filter Pictorial worked for you. Jon is right about the www.silverwing.org site probably being the first Silver Wing site, at least for english speaking sites. There is a very big Silver Wing site in Italy and they have had a ride with 3,000 SWing riders.

I started this when the silverwing.org site was down for about a week. I had some Pictorials on that site and was concerned that if it never came back up there wouldn't be a SWing site for all of us. Welcome and posts some pics if you haven't done so already. You can create your own folder in the "Album" section.
